Why is the game priced at $30?
"Hands On: VIP!" contains 6 total characters (plus the demo game), so that's $5 a character! A lot of work went into these games, so that price felt fitting!

Is there a demo or free version that I can play?
Yes! You can find the demo here! It features the developers original characters, Candy & Foley. It doesn't have voice acting like most of the included titles, however!

Do you have an iPhone/iPad version?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the app store, we have no way of providing an iPhone/iPad version. However, if you purchase "Hands On: VIP!", reach out to us (by emailing gooeycandyart@gmail.com) and we can give you a key to the web versions, which you can run in your browser on your iPhone/iPad.

Why is the Mac version listed as unsupported?
Unfortunately, we do not have access to a Mac, so we can't test or sign the Mac version. So the provided Mac version is unsupported, but theoretically it should work. You'll just have to go through the steps of allowing unsigned apps to be installed on your device. If it indeed, does not work at all, shoot us a message at gooeycandyart@gmail.com, and we can try to assist you!

We are currently in the pre-production phase of a new character. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we haven’t been able to work on the game. We appreciate everyone’s continued patience, and hope to have another hot dude for everyone to enjoy as soon as possible.
Hey I just purchased the all in bundle and I was going to ask for the key to play on my iPhone but I can’t get into your discord server as it’s just sending me to the App Store and not the actual app. Is there another way I can get the key?

Sorry for not replying earlier, I didn’t get a notification for this comment. Were you able to resolve your issue? If not, can you message us on our support discord?
When I try to boot up the game for android, the game takes quite a bit of time to load in, but more importantly it autocloses/crashes. This is for the 1.6.0 update.
I still haven’t had time to track down why it crashes on some android devices. If you reach out to us on the support discord, we can give you a key to the web version to tide you over until I can solve that issue.

We don’t have a set number in mind, but we are hoping to release another character next month for valentines!

It’d be non trivial, but possible to support other languages, at least for the dialog and menu stuff. However, gooey and I are only fluent in English, so we’d have to rely on reputable fan translations if we were to support other languages.
so is it safe for me to buy with my MacBook when it’s untested without any problems?
Someone else says the Mac version works for them, but we personally can not test the build ourselves, as neither of us has a Mac.

I’ll look into it! Last I checked, a few years ago, you needed a macbook and to pay the yearly developer license to sign apps. I think, with how godot does bundling of games, maybe I might be able to side-step needing to sign the app? Also, I don’t have a macbook, so I personally have no way of testing the mac version, so it’d have to be mostly unsupported by us. If it’s something simple, I’ll manually make a build sometime tonight. Will keep you posted!
